Too much! haha

You know, I really like being here...the people are great...the music is rockin'....plenty of good places to eat and hang out...but I do have one complaint right now. My apartment is NASTY!! "Please cleaning lady...I BEG you! Come and clean my place!!!" Let me tell you my story...

So, was taking a shower the other night...minding my own business. I take my scrubby sponge off the faucet to bathe and just happen to look down before it actually touched my body...guess what I found?!?!?!?! An inch long black worm squirming it's little head at me!!!! AAGGGGHHH!!! I thought I was going to have a heart attack right then and there!! Of course I killed it with my shampoo bottle and bought a new sponge....but still...Since then I have found 2 or 3 more of those little boogers just crawling random places in the house. Now every time I get in the shower I feel like if I close my eyes a whole bucket of them is just going to dump on my head!!! EEEWWW! So, please say a prayer that our cleaning woman finally comes so that I can find where these things are coming from and kill them all!!!

Other than that disaster, things are still going really well..just trying to get my steps down and memorize my songs. We will be finished with this show and on to the next in about a week and a half so I'm definitely on a schedule here! Seriously, say a prayer that my mind retains all of this information because it's a lot to learn in a very short amount of time and they do not tolerate slow learners around here. It's good though because it makes me work harder. :) I need to be pushed like that I guess.

Keeping you posted!

Love,
Kris

UGG!. You may have to contact the apartment company and have them spray. They have probably been there longer than you and feel like you are the invader, not them.

Once again, Kristian, welcome to the world of a professional performer. Just wait...you will be in all kinds of places with all kinds of bugs and crawly things - this is just the beginning. BUT~ it is a small price to pay for the life's adventure you are about to be on! Hang in there. The worms won't kill you. Nor the roaches, nor the mosquitoes and flies the size of Kamakazi fighter jets. Now, I draw the line with rats and snakes. They are a bit too big and dangerous for my taste. Let's hope it will be while before you encounter those.

The great news is that everywhere you go, there will probably be maintenance people who will take care of that. Just like your Dad says, just give the apartment complex a call (over and over again, if necessary). Eventually they will take care of it, especially if you call them daily until they come. Remember, the squeaky wheel always gets the oil.
And just think of the stories you'll have for your kids!!!!

You are in a different realm with a professional expectation. Here you don't just get a bad grade, your job depends upon how well you perform. The great news is that you are a natural at this and that you really are cut out for it and that you have the ability and talent to be highly successful at this. The bad news is that you can't cut class. If you understand all of what I am telling you and work your heart out, you will be fine. You always pull everything off that you set your mind to, Kristian. This will be no exception to the rule. I will most definitely pray for you to have a clear mind and retain all that is thrown at you at lightning speed. The pace is fast and you will eventually adjust to that pace. There is no doubt that God has a plan for you here in this situation. When He has a plan for you, He will make the way straight for you. He will provide the way for His plan to reach completion. I just can't wait to watch you on your journey.

I also can't wait for the next blog! Think I'm a little selfish?
More pictures, please!!!! (preferably not of the worms - EEYYWWW)
